BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is an advanced pulverizer, which has the advantages of stable technical performance, low noise, low consumption, high efficiency, adjustable fineness, and low temperature rise. It is very suitable for sugar, edible powder, Chinese herbal medicine, spices, etc. This machine consists of a crusher part, a powder collecting device, a conveying pipe and an electric control box. The crusher part is provided with an air classification device to make the product size arbitrarily adjustable to prevent excessive crushing. The crushed powder is conveyed to the cyclone dust collector by negative pressure, and then discharged through the discharge valve.
Working method:
The raw materials enter the crushing chamber through screw feed, and are cut and sheared by high-speed cutters and eddy currents generated by high-frequency vibration. Due to the effect of negative pressure, the crushed powder enters the common wheel, and through the rotation of the stage wheel and the centrifugal force of the air knife, the powder larger than the stage particle size is returned to the crushing chamber, and the qualified powder enters the pipe for discharge.

1. Compact design and reasonable structure. The material is equipped with an internal grading mechanism that allows grinding and grading to occur simultaneously, thereby reducing energy consumption.
2. Equipped with a fan, continuous heat dissipation, suitable for grinding of heat-sensitive materials.
3. Strong adaptability and narrow particle size distribution. The product size is uniform, and the fineness can reach 80-320 mesh.
4. The pipeline is quickly dismantled for quick and easy disassembly and cleaning.
5. Equipped with cyclone separator and dust collector, no flying powder phenomenon during production. The dust bag can effectively collect the fine powder in the air stream, and meet the requirements of clean and environmental protection for exhaust emissions.
6. The fine powder collected in the dust bag can be effectively recycled. Thereby reducing material losses.
