Our BSC coarse crusher is applied as supporting equipment before fine crushing process in industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, foodstuff... etc. It is used as specialized equipment for coarse crushing of materials in preparatory process, and crush hard and tough materials like plastics, rubber, etc. Especilally, it is not limited by viscosity, hardn ess, softness and fiber shape of material and has good effectt to all materials.
Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as medicine, food and chemical in better conformity with the national “GMP” standard.
Working method:
This machine is of horizontal crushing structure. The material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper, crushed by cutting and impact of both fixed and rotating knives, and flows into the exit automatically under the effect rotating centrifugal force.
