BS pulverizer machine has a very good effect for different kinds of spices,like chili, pepper, black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, cinnamon, cumin, bandits, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, red yeast rice, red pepper, garlic, star anise, cloves, Amomum Tsaoko, geraniol, turmeric, ginger, fennel, anise, angelica and other material with high content of oil or fiber.
It reaches advanced world-level and is widely used for material grinding in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries, etc.
Working method:
This machine uses the relative movement between the fixed disc and the movable hammer to make the material be impacted in the machine cavity and get crushed quickly. A sieve is installed in the pulverizing chamber. After the pulverized material is subjected to centrifugal force, the powder particles smaller than the pore size of the sieve will be thrown out of the sieve and then discharged out of the pulverizer chamber, and the large particles will continue to be pulverized.
Main features:
1) There is a screen in the mill chamber, if you want to change the powder particle size,just change the screen.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand motor, electric parts,bearing and operation parts.
3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4) It can grind spice and oil material with oil content reach 10%-20%.
5) The temperature of the grinding chamber remains normal even though after continuous working, so color and smell of material won’t be changed after being ground.
