Our BSG self absorb grinding set is designed by our-own, It’s a newly high efficiency powder producing machine. The Grinding Chamber also equip with water-cooling system combined with air-cooling, avoid the damage to the products caused by the high-temperature inside the chamber.

Working method:

The products enter into the grinding chamber through the hopper, impacted by the high-speed rotary grinding discs/hammers, been thrown into the fixed gear rings, then been bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the negative pressure from the Blower and Impeller, the powder are absorbed into the cyclone through the sieve, pipes for discharging. And some mini-powder dust is collected by the pulse de-duster.

Main Features:

1. Self-absorbed type, with high efficient capacity.
2. Equiped with dust collection system, the machine can absorbe the dust caused from the milling chamber into the dust collector. and the final powder are self outlet with the help of outlet system, this system solve the normal machine's powder flying situation.
3. The machine occupy a samll area. The rotating blade in the milling chamber take away the heat caused during milling, so it can effectively avoid the high temperature may affect the materials' characteristic.

4. The discharging part is equipped with a sealed rotary discharging, it can make the discharging process be much more smooth/even, makes sure there is no powder-flying situation during the production.

5. Grinding chamber is equipped with Water-Cooling system, which can effectively avoid the high-temperature's damage to your products caused during the grinding process.
