BSZ pin mill is mainly applicable to the crushing processing of crystalline materials from chemical industry, dyestuff, auxiliaries, feed, food, medicine, and non-metal minerals. It has the advantages of high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance and easy installation.
Working method:
After materials are sent to the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor from the hopper, they will be impacted, cut and grinded and crushed by high-speed rotating blades (needle bar types) and fixed needle bar disks. The powder is discharged outside the cavity through a screen and the particle size can be obtained by replacing the screen mesh of different pore sizes. It is mainly applicable to the crushing processing of crystalline materials from chemical industry, dyestuff, auxiliaries, feed, food, medicine, and non-metal minerals.
