Our BSR ribbon mixer is a pioneer product researched and a new high-efficiency mixer. It is widely used in the solid-solid (powder material) and solid-liquid (powder material & fluidity material) mixing in the field of chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff industry, etc.

It consists of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. Outer spiral conveys the material move from the two sides to the center and the inner screw conveys the material move from the center to the sides to get a high effective convective mixing.

Working method:

The principle is that the inner and outer diameters of the shaft mounted on the mixing shaft spirally drive the material in the cylinder, so that the mixer can turn the animal material in the cylinder to the maximum extent. In the structure of the stirrer, the spiral is designed to be reverse spirals inside and outside, and the left and right are reverse spirals. When the stirrer is in operation, the inner spiral drives the material near the axis to rotate the axis, and the axis is pushed inward to both sides. Rotating, the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside, so that the materials circulate convection and shear in the cylinder, and the materials are quickly mixed with each other in a short time.
