Working method:

The machine is crushed by reverse rotation of front and rear grinding wheels,which can improve the grinding effect.The needle bars with different diameters are installed on the double discs. Each part arranges the needle bars by three-dimensional simulation technology, and designs the layout reasonably, so that the material can be effectively controlled in the gap between the needle bars to achieve effective segmentation effect. It does not have screen mesh in the mill chamber, changing powder size by changing speed of mill wheel, materials can also be classified by external grading methods.
