BSDF advanced hammer mill has a very good effect for grinding different kinds of spices, like chilli, pepper, cinnamon, garlic, star anise, cloves, turmeric, ginger, fennel, angelica and other material with high content of oil or fiber. For root, herb and leaf, grains, the grinding effect is also good.

It is made up of crusher part, cyclone, dust collecting box, blower and electrical control box. It uses fixed plate and the relative motion between the activity hammer, making materials impacted and shredded under effect of centrifugal force.

Working method:

Crushing process: The material enters from the feeding port and is sucked into the coarse crushing area by the negative pressure of the fan for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed large particles enter the intermediate crushing area for second crushing. The particles after the secondary pulverization are coarsely and finely separated by the classification wheel. The particles that meet the fine crushing enter the fine crushing area for pulverization, and the large particles that do not meet the fine crushing area continue to remain in the middle crushing area and are pulverized again. The powder after being crushed in the finely divided area is discharged from the crushing cavity through the negative pressure air flow of the fan through the negative pressure air flow of the blower impeller, enters the cyclone separator, and is discharged by the electric rotary valve at the bottom of the separator. Dust-containing gas enters the inside of the dust removal box, the powder is blocked by the cloth bag inside the dust removal box, and the clean gas is discharged from the fan outlet.

Main features:

1) It has a special structure, which is different from the normal hammer mill. It has three knife groups in the mill chamber, they are Coarse Crusher, Middle Fine Mill and Fine Mill, but normal hammer mill only have one. With three knife groups, you can directly put large materials into it, no need to use a coarse crusher to crush it first.
2) This machine doesn't need a sieve or screen mesh in mill chamber, you don't have to changing the screen size if you want to change powder size, you can change powder size by changing speed by inverter.
3) Because there is no screen mesh in mill chamber, temperature will not rise or only rise a little, powder will not be stuck in the screens and the quality of powder not be affected by heat.
4) With the same power consumption, the capacity of BSDF is much bigger than normal hammer mill.
