Working method:

Material is fed into the mill chamber,pass through the high speed rotation caused by the three groups of knives one by one.Material is crushed three times in one mill chamber, then become fine powder.Between middle fine crush knife group and fine mill knife group, there is a device designed for preventing coarse granule go to fine milling area,so powder fineness is assured.The rotor speed is controlled by inverter, different particle size is achieved by adjusting rotation speed.There is no screen mesh in mill chamber,so only very little heat rises in mill chamber.

Main features:

1. About grind effect:
BSDF can make finer powder than traditional hammer mill because of its totally different structure,it combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling together, which means material can be milled three times in a very short time, almost at the same time.
2. About using:
BSDF is much more advanced and conveniently, change powder size by changing speed by setting the number of inverter. So screens or nets--the easy-wear parts are not needed.
3. About feeding:
You can see, BSDF combine coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling together, which means: when your raw material is big or long, like chilli, turmeric,ginger, cinnamon,some long herbs, some big herbs, you don't need to cut or crush them first, you can feed them directly in.

Main structure:

1) Base: plays the role of connecting and supporting the components of the crusher to form a whole. The crushed material is discharged from the side of the crushing chamber.
2) Rotor: consists of main shaft, hammer pieces frame, axis pin, hammer pieces, bearing and so on. It is the main moving part of the crusher.The rotor speed is high, and must be tested by dynamic balance without axis pin and hammer pieces after be assembled.
3) Upper cover: has a feeding hole on the side of the top, which is made of semicircular ring gear. The crushing chamber is composed by upper cover, lower cover and rotor. The material is crushed in the crushing chamber.
4) Lower cover: has a discharge hole on the side. There are gear ring, main shaft, hammer pieces frame, hammer pieces, fan blade, classifying wheel inside. The casing is divided into air blowing area, fine crushing area, classifying area, secondary crushing area, coarse crushing area.
