Working method:
The material is crushed by the force of hit and friction of high speed relative motion of movable knife disc and fixed kinfe disc.
If the particle is smaller than the hole size of sieve, it will pass the sieve and get out of the crushing cavity. If not, the particle will continue to be crushed in the mill cavity.

Applications:
For grinding crystal materials, like sugar, salt, it is better to choose hammer type knife.
For grinding spices, hammer and turbo type are both suitable. If the spice is high oil content, like coriander, black pepper, we will suggest the turbo type.
For making finer powder, like wheat, rice, pinned disc type is the best choice. But hammer type knife is more productive than the disc type.
