BSU universal crusher machine is widely applied to pharmaceutical, chemical, food industries, etc. It has 2 types, one is vertical type, its discharge part is in front, the other is table type, its discharge part is at the bottom. If you want no dust when grinding, BSU also can be equipped with the simple dust removal system.
Working principle:
The material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper, crushed by the cutting and impact of both fixed and rotating cutters, and flows into the exit automatically under the rotating centrifugal force. If the particle is smaller than the hole size of sieve, it will pass the sieve and get out of the crushing cavity. If not, the particle will continue to be crushed in the mill cavity.
