BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is used within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries, have been designed with the most up to date technology and research, and offer easy operation and maintenance. They work by separating materials by size, shape, and density to produce particle size distributions that are uniform, homogeneous, smooth, and dry.
Working method:
To Mill and reduce the size of the material, the product is fed into the grinding chamber by either a feed screw or a pneumatic conveying system, through a rotary feed valve.The material is processed through the high speed grinding media, which causes the product to break and be thrown by the centrifugal force, to the wall of the grinding chamber. Which in turn causes the product to break further.
Main features:
1.Particle size is readily controlled by varying the rotor speed, classifier speed, airflow rate, and feed rate, eliminating the need for separate classification equipment.
2.The easy-clean design includes a clam shell-style lid that, when fully opened, provides complete interior access for change-outs of grinding media and sanitizing to prevent cross-contamination.
3.It is available in carbon steel or in 304 or 316 stainless steel finished to industrial or sanitary standards. Hastelloy and other alloys are also available for processing of corrosive or abrasive materials.
