BSC chili granulators is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries for crushing dry and fragile materials.Materials with low softening point and high viscosity are not suitable for this machine.
Our BSC granulation machine is suitable for granulation or primary grinding (making large materials into small particles), such as pepper flakes, ginger granules, arabic gum, dried flower flakes, etc. There are two types for you to choose, one is vertical (discharge opening is behind the machine), and the other is desktop (discharge opening is below the machine).
Working Method:
This granulator machine is a horizontal grinding machine used to cut large pieces of material into small pieces. There is a counter wheel at the shaft end, which will not be blocked during operation. The raw materials are injected into the hopper, and the fixed rotating blade is used for crushing and cutting in the crushing cavity. Through the rotating centrifugal force, the material automatically flows to the outlet. The size of the final product is controlled by the screen. The blade is made of durable hard alloy steel.
Main Features:
1. The machine and the parts in contact with the crushed materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
2. In order to facilitate cleaning, the shell is fully enclosed.
