Working Principle:
Materials from the hopper through the screw conveyor into the crushing chamber, high-speed Rotating Blade Shear crushing. The material is fed into the cyclone separator and bag filter by the method of negative pressure air transportation, and the material discharged meets the requirements of the product.
Advantages:
1. Compact design and reasonable structure. There is a grading mechanism inside the material, which can crush and grade at the same time to reduce energy consumption.
2. Equipped with fan for continuous heat dissipation, suitable for grinding of heat sensitive materials.

8. The pipeline adopts quick disassembly structure, which is fast and convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
9. Equipped with cyclone separator and dust collector, there is no dust flying in the production process. The dust removal cloth bag can effectively collect the fine powder in the air flow and meet the clean and environmental protection requirements of waste gas emission.
