Introduction:
The BSG self-absorb grinding machine can be widely used in different fields of chemical industry,medical industry,foodstuff industry... The auxiliary machine includes a cyclone dust collector and a bag filter, which can collect air more tightly; the main machine is equipped with an active crushing disc device, and the direction of the hammer head can be changed.
In addition to crushing, it also has the functions of grading and winnowing centrifugal shearing, which can control the particle size. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the air outlet by negative pressure. It is an ideal equipment for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
Main Properties:
This equipment consists of crushing chamber,suction device,discharge device,pulse dust catcher,blower,electrical cabnets,etc.
After crushing material discharge is under normal temperature, material's cell integrity is kept well.
Capacity is 2-3 times bigger than usual universal grinder.
Working method:
The material enters the grinding chamber through the hopper, is thrown into the stationary ring gear by the impact of the high-speed rotating disc/hammer, and is then bounced and cut. At the same time, the material is refined by alternating forces of impact, cutting and grinding. Under the negative pressure of the fan and the impeller, the powder is absorbed into the cyclone separator and discharged through the screen mesh and pipes. The pulse precipitator can collect a small amount of fine dust.
